How we organise your nutrition

From request to a clean fridge with labelled portions — the whole journey is transparent and predictable.

Step 1. Menu & Shopping

We agree on the dish list. You approve the budget. The chef buys everything fresh at Carrefour/Lidl on the day of the visit. Only quality ingredients.

Step 2. Chef's visit

On the agreed day the chef comes to you.

  • Cooking takes from 4 hours (depends on package).
  • The chef works independently with their own equipment. You're free to work or leave.

Step 3. Smart Packaging & Storage

The most important step. We don't just put pots in the fridge:

  • Cooling: Food is cooled following food-safety protocols.
  • Vacuum-sealing: Portions are vacuum-packed to preserve taste and texture.
  • Freshness strategy: Meals for the first 3 days go to the fridge. End-of-week meals we recommend freezing in vacuum — so Friday's meal is as juicy as the day it was cooked.

Step 4. Finish

The chef cleans the kitchen and takes out the rubbish. You open the fridge: spotless, with labelled containers and reheating instructions ('3 min, microwave').

The project is led by Sergey Khalimanov — a chef with 15 years of experience who manages a team of professionals and is responsible for the quality of service.

  • International experience: at Hilton Warsaw, Sergey worked as Chef de Partie. This enables him to bring five-star service standards and international food-safety protocols (HACCP) into home service.
  • Restaurant background: worked as Sous Chef in landmark Poznań projects — Cucina and Concordia Taste.
  • Private sector work: cooked on private yachts, gastronomic tours and ski camps across Europe.
  • Signature approach: Sergey runs @Smacznyprojekt, showing how to make home food high-quality and diverse.
  • For the project team, work is built on personal accountability and adherence to high culinary standards.
